The Fund is managed by Antiloop AB (AIFM) in accordance with the provisions of AIFMA. Finansinspektionen (the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority) supervises the AIFM as well as the fund. The fund is therefore not a UCITS-fund within the meaning of the Swedish Investment Funds Act (2004:46) (Sw: lagen (2004:46) om värdepappersfonder) or Directive 2009/65/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 July 2009 on the coordination of laws, regulations and administrative provisions relating to undertakings for collective investment in transferable securities (UCITS). The AIFM has not notified Finansinspektionen regarding the marketing of the fund in other states within or outside EEA and may thus only be marketed in Sweden. The fund is open to the general public in Sweden.

This website is not intended, and should not be understood, as a recommendation by the AIFM that users of the website should purchase units in the fund. Potential investors in the fund are required to form their own opinion concerning the fund, taking into account i.e. the information contained in the information brochure prepared by the AIFM.

Distribution of information in respect of the fund in certain jurisdictions may be restricted by law. Persons that are contemplating to request such information are required by the AIFM to inform themselves about and observe such restrictions.

The units of the fund have not been registered and will not be registered in accordance with any securities legislation in the United States, Canada, or elsewhere and may not be offered or sold to or within the United States or Canada or in such countries where such offer or sale would be in conflict with applicable laws or regulations. Nor may the units of Antiloop Hedge be offered or sold to persons in these countries except pursuant to an exemption from, or in a transaction not subject to, the registration requirements of such applicable law.

No offering of units is or will be made to persons whose participation in the fund requires that further information memorandums are issued or that registration or other measures are taken in addition to those required under Swedish law. Information regarding the fund shall and may not be distributed in any country where such distribution or offering would require any such additional measures to be taken or would be in conflict with any law or regulation of such country.

The AIFM has not in any other country than Sweden taken the measures necessary to ensure that purchase of units may take place according to applicable law. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with information regarding the AIFM or the fund shall be settled in accordance with Swedish law exclusively by Swedish courts.
